Refund policy

Monthly and Yearly Licenses

Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of installation if they are not satisfied with 1Panel. To request a refund, please email us at support@lxware.hk.

Llingxia cannot process refunds for purchases made through other online stores or resellers. Please get in touch with the reseller directly for their refund policy.

Perpetual Licenses

Due to the permanent nature of perpetual licenses, refunds are not available for perpetual license purchases.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and the UK have a statutory right of withdrawal, which expires 14 days after purchase or upon the first-time activation of the license, whichever occurs sooner.

Abuse

To prevent abuse, only one refund per customer is permitted.

Process

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your request and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
